The Company provides professional business training and development services across CIS countries (excluding Russian Federation). Our services include but are not limited to:

4. Service Agreement
4.1 Booking and Confirmation
Training services are confirmed upon written agreement and receipt of payment or deposit as specified in the service proposal. All bookings are subject to availability and trainer scheduling.
4.2 Service Delivery
We commit to delivering training services according to agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Service delivery methods may include in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats as agreed.
4.3 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about training requirements
- Ensuring participant availability and engagement
- Providing necessary facilities and equipment (for in-person training)
- Making timely payments according to agreed terms
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the service proposal and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Schedule
Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required to secure booking
- Remaining balance due 5 business days before service delivery
- Custom payment arrangements may be agreed upon in writing
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation. Interest charges may apply to overdue amounts as permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Client Cancellation
Cancellation terms:
- 30+ days before service date: 90% refund
- 15-29 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund, but credit may be applied to future services
6.2 Company Cancellation
If we must cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Training Materials
All training materials, methodologies, and content provided by the Company remain our intellectual property. Clients may use materials for internal training purposes only.
7.2 Client Information
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary business information shared during training sessions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration or legal proceedings as a last resort
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.

12.1 Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download materials on our website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title.
